New-build villas, summer houses and apartment reconfigurations are the heart of our practice. We handle the entire arc: feasibility and topographic studies, concept and detailed design, structural and MEP engineering through trusted partners, permit submission and construction supervision.
Interior Design
Led by Sofia Karali, our interiors team joins the project from day one — not after the walls are up. Materials, lighting design, custom furniture and joinery drawings, procurement and final styling are all delivered in-house, so the architecture and the interior speak the same language.
Renovation & Restoration
From listed neoclassical facades in Plaka to traditional Cycladic kelia, we restore old buildings with respect and current-code performance: structural strengthening, thermal upgrades and modern systems, invisibly integrated.
Roughly 40% of our work is renovation — we consider it the most sustainable architecture there is.
Project Management & Supervision
Building on an island 200 km from your home — or your country — requires more than good drawings. Our supervision packages include weekly photo reports, open-book budgeting, contractor tendering and a dedicated site supervisor. Most of our international clients visit their site fewer than five times before handover.

- Months 4–8: Permits (varies by municipality and archaeology)
- Months 9–20: Construction & supervision
- Final month: Interior installation, snagging, handover
